This five-day immersive Learning Journey invites Young Global Leaders into one of the world’s most dynamic urban ecosystems. Through dialogue with leaders across business, government, civil society, culture, philanthropy and spirituality — from founders of high-growth ventures and renowned chefs to artists, public officials and indigenous leaders — participants will explore how effective leadership depends on multistakeholder collaboration, trust across differences and the ability to build shared purpose in the face of complexity.

This Learning Journey brings together 30 Young Global Leaders from diverse regions, sectors and disciplines who are committed to leading across boundaries. It is designed for leaders who are curious about complexity, eager to challenge assumptions and motivated to learn from perspectives different from their own.
